The Exchange is a visionary development conceived by highly-acclaimed real estate experts with the aim of uplifting Accra’s residential scene while achieving international standards in its 4 main facilities catering to the Residential, Retail, Business and Hospitality.

This project started with corporate visuals, promotional items, catalogue, and branding then leading to the development of an advanced animated website, alongside the management of social media channels as a primary tool to reach potential tenants and residents through selected B2B and B2C targeting.

It is a real estate conception taken into a whole different dimension of vibrant color schemes and interactive modules, following a very creative brief towards an unmatched record of users.
